How to use
- 1Paste your Trial Balance data directly from Excel (Ctrl+V), or upload a .csv / .tsv / .txt file. Format:
Code | Name | Debit | Credit(tab, comma, or pipe separated). - 2Enter optional company name, entity type, and accounting period — these appear in the statement header.
- 3Click Generate Financial Statements. Accounts are auto-classified by code prefix (Thai standard COA: 1=Assets, 2=Liabilities, 3=Equity, 4=Revenue, 5=COGS/Expenses, 6=Other income, 7=Other expense).
- 4If any accounts appear in "Unclassified", select the correct category from the dropdown — the statements update instantly.
- 5Download as CSV or use Print to get a clean printout (only the statements are printed, not the input form).

Accounts not matching these prefixes will appear in "Unclassified" — you can manually assign them.
