By accessing waccservice.co.th and its free tools (the “Service”) of WACC Service Limited (“WACC Service”, “we”), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please stop using the Service.

• Service information — bookkeeping, tax filing, tax planning
• Contact forms — inquiries and free consultation booking

2. Free Tools — Disclaimer

• Results are preliminary reference only, not official accounting/tax advice
• You must verify with a licensed professional (CPA/TA) before any legal/financial decision
• WACC Service is not liable for damages from direct use of results
• Data from RD (company lookup) / TFAC (auditor search) belongs to those government agencies; WACC merely relays it

3. Articles & Content

• Articles are general knowledge — not case-specific advice
• Information may become outdated as laws change — check publication date
• WACC Service owns copyright on all articles and images
• You may share links; copying content to other websites without permission is prohibited

4. Intellectual Property

The “WACC Service” name, logo, images, text, and source code are property of WACC Service. You may not reproduce, modify, redistribute, or commercially exploit without written permission.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• No illegal use
• No hacking, penetration testing, or mass scraping
• No automated abuse of free tools (rate limits apply)
• No fake / spam submissions via forms
• No using RD/TFAC data for marketing without the target company's consent

6. Paid Services

Hiring WACC Service for actual bookkeeping / tax filing is governed by a separate signed Engagement Letter. Prices on this website are starting prices and may adjust based on actual work complexity.

7. Changes / Termination

• We may modify / add / remove / discontinue free tools at any time without notice
• We may suspend access for terms violations
• Changes to these Terms are posted here with a new “Effective” date

8. Limitation of Liability

WACC Service is not liable for direct or indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, or any other harm arising from Service or free-tools use, except damages caused by our gross negligence or intent.

For paid-service clients (Engagement Letter), liability follows the terms of the Engagement Letter.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Thai law. Disputes fall under Thai court jurisdiction.
